About Me

Z. Reese Downing: I am a 26 year old Graduate student at Full Sail University pursuing a career in the Entertainment Industry. I was born in 1985 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida but spent a majority of my younger years living in Muncie, Indiana. My current home is in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, although right now I am down in Winter Park, Florida for my classes. My hobbies and interests include creating and writing, whether it be music or literature, sports, film (especially independent and documentary style), working out, debating current issues, politics, attending live concerts, talking with my family, spending time with my friends, cooking, and reading. My career goal is to obtain a job within the Entertainment Industry. Some of the positions I have built interest in would include A&R, film production, music production, and artist management. Part of why I came back to complete my Masters is to help decide which direction I would like to head. My goal of this blog is to instill and share my ideas with my peers, create conversation, network, and learn as much as possible.
